I was visiting a friend,she teased me,"I thought you'd want to hear Bush"

George was in town for a speaking engagement. My friend knows my politics so it was not a bad poke.
I replied "I'd have probably thrown a shoe at him."
Her 16 year old daughter burst out laughing in surprise and delight. She knew exactly what that meant. Nice to see the next generation politically aware.
