Need Help Debunking - RNC Emails Were Never Needed because
Karl and the others are not covered by the Hatch Act. I spent some time with AAR today, and a host (I am not sure who) said that the RNC emails were put in place to hide from the Presidential Records Act, and they are using the "Hatch Act" as an excuse for the system, but it was not needed...

We need to find more info on this a dump the talking point.

This is where I started

1. I'm not sure what you're saying?
It's a very interesting conundrum that BushCo has gotten itself into, to be sure.

On the one hand, they are claiming that they needed the RNC email addys to conform with Hatch (eg, political activity not being done on WH equipment), but now they are trying to claim that the WH has some sort of sovereignty over the RNC servers.... Conyers et al are on to them, though.
