16. Richard Perle reminds me of what a Warlock must look like - a male witch
There's something very creepy about him. He reminds me of the Roman Castevet character (actor Sidney Blackmer) from the movie Rosemary's Baby, with that type of evil that exhudes arrogance and self-confidence.
