2. Maybe they think he planted a bomb??
The headline says they are at Burris Hall, next door to the massacre site. Officers wearing bulletproof vests and carrying assault weapons. Police surrounded building...

They've actually got one of those little SWAT tanks out there, but the cops don't look too freaked out. One guy is sitting casually in the driver's seat, now driving away with door open...

13. Apparently they found a bomb threat note on or by the body.
It is looking like he was "Mister Bomb Threat."

Now CNN is reporting that the SWAT was NOT due to a bomb threat, even though someone was told to evacuate BECAUSE of a bomb threat.

There is supposed to be a news conference at VT in the next minute or two.

5. That's where the President's office is. There is speculation that this has to do with the bomb
threats that preceded the shooting. There was a bomb threat found next to the shooter's body.

They're calling it 'bizzarre' and it sure is. Apparently it's wrapping up.

Apparently classes are suspended but not everyone went home or away.
