Birthers plan to protest Fox's O'Reilly for not backing them up

A US District Court judge in California has dismissed one of "birther" leader Orly Taitz's lawsuits challenging President Barack Obama's right to be president, and expressed "deep concerns" that the lawyer urged witnesses in the case to perjure themselves.

3. So why did the judge not put Orly in jail for this?
Generally perjury is a serious offense when committed by a witness.

6. the perjury wasn't actually committed nor committed by Orly
There were accusations that Orly tried to convince witnesses to lie on the stand. If those accusations are true and those witnesses listened to her and did lie on the stand then those witnesses committed perjury. Orly asking a witness to commit perjury isn't Orly committing perjury herself but a serious breech of ethics on her part that should be looked into and dealt with accordingly. I don't know what the penalty is for an attorney asking a witness to perjure themselves, but it's a different animal than Orly herself committing perjury.

5. I wonder if the judge is referring to her former
supporter, Larry Sinclair, who recently claimed she was having sex with the disbarred lawyer who has been helping her. He claimed in what was supposedly a court document, that she asked him to lie. He also claimed she wouldn't pay his travel expenses. Page 9 of that document airc, was just too funny for words and people did wonder what the reaction of a judge would be if it was ever seen by one.

The whole sordid mess with Sinclair and Orly including a link to that crazy court filing, can be found here:

http://washingtonindependent.com/59616/larry-sinclair-orly-taitz-told-me-to-lie-claim-that-obama-had-people-killed

The affidavit that Obama foe Larry Sinclair claims to have filed in a California court, in which he accuses birther Orly Taitz of trying to get him to lie on the stand, is available right here. In it, Sinclair recounts being ushered into Taitz’s office and being told by her to “testify that three (3) member (sic) of Obama’s church were murder (sic).” Sinclair claims to have recoiled at this, at which point Taitz encouraged him to say it anyway.

The claims are getting wilder ~ the woman is insane and I'm surprised no judge has ordered a psychological test yet.

Despite all of this, I am sure O'Reilly will have her on anyhow.
