1. Where do you get the idea that anyone compromised to change what the GOP was calling it?
We compromised (and will probably hvae to compromise more) to get 60 votes, because the reconciliation process won't allow a good healthcare reform bill through (such as one preventing the discrimination based upon pre-existing conditions).

If you would rather pass no bill than compromise, fine. But you should come out and say that openly. Not accuse Democrats of compromising for reasons that aren't true.
