Did anyone watch...
last night's segment of PBS America at a Crossroads? It featured Richard Perle....talk about a propaganda piece...Like Cheney he believes and spews the Al Qaida/Iraq/Saddam/911 connection...and those who dispute the claim are lying...huh? Let's see the CIA, the Pentagon, the U.N., etc. have all disputed such claims...who do you believe Cheney & Perle or all the reports on record that claim otherwise?...He says Afghanistan is flourishing and everything is practically hunky dory...uh, yeah...with the Taliban on the rise again...sure...I love the part when the Middle Eastern reporter just flat out told him how America just destroys everything it get itself involved in...he told Perle America's foreign policy has brought nothing but death and destruction..he really laid into him...Perle couldn't answer him...couldn't rebut...could only change the subject..Hope you're all watching this program is very insightful..

1. local PBS is a segment behind, Perle is up next.
but last night's segment laid out how the very possibility of the US's training of the Iraqi military/police force is backfiring was disturbing. Watching the American's disable a live car bomb the Iraqi's were talking about how the discovery of the munitions was "child's play" and that one of them knew the real stockpile's location was infuriating.

clusterf*ck.

2. Be sure to watch...
you just want to jump into your TV and strangle the mofo...another thing I want to mention about the segment..is how Hillary is singled out as one of the many Democrats who believed Saddam had WMDs...hmmm, why? is it because she's running for president?...and according to Perle...it's all the lefties' fault for the disaster in Iraq...again, this was nothing a propaganda piece financed by Perle...it's just disgusting...

3. I had it TiVOd, and this afternoon I watched it...
I fell asleep during the last part of the Iraq segment, awoke to Richard Perle declaring that he has been a life-long Democrat (WTF?)

Oh boy what a crock of shit that segment was -- total propaganda piece, and Perle could see you swampland in Florida, he's a used car salesman if there ever was one. If I suspended my reality for a few nanoseconds, I could lull myself into believing that all is well in Afghanistan (I guess Pearly Whites doesn't read Der Spiegel)Iraq could be saved if we just occupy the country for another 10 years, and we should spread Democracy to Iran (code word for remove A-man).

That Middle Eastern reporter was the guy who actually interview Osama Bin Forgotten.

8. It was ...
blatantly unbalanced and very biased...And notice no mention whatsoever of the Israeli/Palestine conflict...but we get St. Ronnie supposed victory over the Soviet Union in the Cold War...everyone knows the Soviet Union's collapse was the Soviet's own doing and not Ronnie's...the myths keep coming...

4. It was disgusting to watch, but VERY informative
There were quite a few times Perle could not answer, and times where he could even get his brain around the arguement. A portrait of a sad little man!!!

6. I watched part of it.
He looked that war mother right in the eye and told her the UN said Saddam had WMD. I couldn't take it after that.
