http://www.cnn.com/POLITICS/blogs/politicalticker/2007/04/conyers-postpones-goodling-immunity.html

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- House Judiciary Committee Chairman John Conyers, D-Michigan, announced Monday morning that he has postponed a planned committee vote on whether to offer former top justice official Monica Goodling immunity in return for her testimony on the U.S. attorney firings.

Conyers said he decided to postpone the vote for a week after Texas Rep. Lamar Smith, the ranking Republican on the committee, asked for it.

2. Wonder what Lamar Smith has up his sleeve
and I also wonder if Smith's sitting in on Gonzo's training sessions.

3. Gonzales wll testify unknowing of whether immunity will prevail for Goodling.
This restores the same chronology prevailing before the delay for Gonzales.

4. Keep em honest John
Hard thing to do.
Gonzo should testify NOT knowing if she has immunity--so he can decide whether to tell the truth or lie.
