So how will this new abortion ban actually be enforced by the federal government?
Now that they have won this battle in Court, I think our friends on the other side of the aisle owe us an explanation as to just how this so-called "partial-birth" abortion ban will actually be enforced by agents of the federal government.

On a related note, would a president Hillary or president Obama enforce this law while in office? The Justice Department has to set law enforcement priorities every year, meaning that prosecution and investigation of some laws are just given a higher priority than others. For example, the Bush Administration has not made much of a priority out of enforcing laws against employer exploitation of illegal immigrants. A President Hillary or Obama could simply direct their Attorney General to make the enforcement of this abortion law a non-priority.

1. Why we NEED the Presidency
The repercussions of the Bush Administration will be felt for decades and generations to come, in so, so many ways.

I hope we will be able to undo all this.

2. The patriot act will place WMD in Dr.'s offices for any of the one's who
dare to practice medicine with women that actually meets women's needs. If physician doesn't do their job according to RW Republicans, they get blown up or sent to a secret prison.

In reality.....RW insurance companies will not reimburse for certain procedures.

It seems like it would be almost impossible to prove. Any medical records are privileged information, aren't they?

8. No, she'll either be dead or disabled
threats to the life or health of the woman are the usual reasons why these procedures are performed.

9. Interesting, isn't it?
So where's the crime? The women can't be the victim if she is the initiator of the act....why not throw her into jail too? Because they know this is socially unacceptable and criminalizing the actions of the Dr. will make them avoid the procedure regardless if this is in the women's best interests or not. This is horrible law enacted by people with a political agenda and no moral ethics.

10. If a woman and her doctor are not allowed to make a decision to
save her life, because heaven forbid the infant has some major issue that is impacting her life...and she lives...the bill should go to the state.

If both she and the infant live she should carry it full term and she and the hospital should send the bill to the state. And when the state refuses to pay the bill, the she should sue them....If the child lives by chance and has extreme medical issues the bills should go to the state also....the States have the ability to change their laws and when their bottom line is impacted....they will change the laws...

These Nazi bastards want to have their laws then make them pay for them.
