Coal Czar Pizarchik: Now that you're confirmed, let me share with you a story about Nauru

Chances are that you've never heard of Nauru. Not many people have - it's the smallest recognized republic on the planet, a remote island in the South Pacific. But if you don't change your destructive ways, you might turn West Virginia and Pennsylvania into Nauru in short order.
