8. What appears to have happened is
The customer requested the first line, then said "and underneath that" the second line. The dimbulb not only put the location directions onto the cake, but misspelled them to boot!

10. It's not freepers. It's just dumb people in supermarket bakeries.

13. Here it is!!!
This was probably called into a bakery.

Probably went something like this:

Person Ordering: "Yes, I'd like a 15x12 sheet cake, chocolate."

Person Taking Order: "Fine, when do you need it by?"

Person Ordering: "I'll need it by Thursday."

Person Taking Order: "No problem. Do you want anything on it?"

Person Ordering: "Yes. I'd like it to read 'Best Wishes Suzanne', underneath that, 'We Will Miss You'."

14. Many college students do no better,

the only difference being that they show their egregious mistakes in papers written for classes taken at considerable expense to their parents.

Sure, the messed-up message on the cake is funny, but let's not look down on real people who make mistakes while doing an honest day's work -- or assume that we can deduce their political beliefs from such mistakes. Most of the supermarket bakery workers where I live are black and probably vote Democratic. You don't need high SAT scores or even a high school diploma to work in a supermarket, either.
