How come all these Bush hacks are mentioning the Geneva

How come all these Bush hacks are mentioning the Geneva
Conventions re 'the terrorists' when their leaders Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld said that the Geneva Conventions did not apply to said terrorists.

1. Because their arguments are selective. Same with anything the hacks
do-depends on who is in the majority.
