God, talk about the wingnut welfare state. Without ghost writers, the number of winger books published would drop like a rock.

4. There is probably no realistic way to do this, but I wish...

there were some way to prevent people from taking any credit for ghost-written content. It's like buying unearned credibility. Probably nothing that can be done, if the ghost author is willing to give top billing to somebody else's name on their work.

10. I just saw an MSNBC piece showing over a thousand people camped out to buy the book and get it

signed. One woman told the reporter that she thought is was awful the way poor Sarah has had nothing but attacks ever since she started on the national scene. Sexism, especially the latest Newsweek cover, being the worst of it.

Gee, I wonder how upset this woman was when Hillary Clinton was attacked ruthlessly, or Chelsea Clinton. God-damned hypocrites!
