Martha Stewart: Palin is a ‘dangerous person, ‘I wouldn’t watch her if you paid me’

Saturday, November 21st, 2009 -- 4:33 pm

During a Saturday broadcast, lifestyle television diva Martha Stewart panned former lawmaker Sarah Palin, calling her a "dangerous person" who Stewart "wouldn't watch... if you paid me."

Speaking to CNN, the host of Martha Stewart Living said Palin is "very boring to me." Having someone so "confused" in government is unsafe, she said. That makes Palin a "dangerous person."

74. Martha could perhaps suggest an appropriate Thanksgiving dinner for Republicans.
Johnathan Swifts' "Modest Proposal" would seem most appropriate meal for Republicans who oppose those horrible government handout programs for the poor. Why waste health care on children who will only become welfare bums when better use of them could be taken.

"A young healthy child well nursed, is, at a year old, a most delicious nourishing and wholesome food, whether stewed, roasted, baked, or boiled; and I make no doubt that it will equally serve in a fricassee, or a ragout."

Apparently, does it anyway since daddy's bud is head of SEC. Nothing-he gets absolutely no penalty. What Martha did was paltry in comparison.

87. "Going Rogue" Going Nowhere but $5 Table
My friend works at the biggest of the bigbox book retailer here in L.A., you'd recognize the name as the delineation between countries.
Last night she mentioned about how they have sold a grand total of 41 Palin books since the big release.
She rang up 7 sales, 5 of which were to people who felt obligated to mention they were giving it as a gag gift just to piss off the recipient.
The store has already sent back unopened cases.
The manager cannot strike the displays due to some merchandising requirements, but he will put the books on the $5 table in the back within the next few days.
They want to make room up front for books that people actually want to buy and read, like all that twilight/vampire silliness.
If my understanding is correct, Sarah may have to give back a huge chunk of her advance.

90. Does that mean that Palin will not be promoting her book on Martha?
Finally somewhere we can turn the TV that we don't have to listen to Palin.
