I have a suggestion for a national media homework project for EVERYONE.
Buy a little notebook.

At the top of each page write the radio or TV show you are listening to.

Draw a line down the middle and label one side "Republican and/or Conservative" and the other side "Democrat and/or Liberal"

Every time you hear a descriptive adjective or label uttered about EITHER party by anyone, write it down. I am not talking about individuals- I am talking about group identity and labeling. Even if the show starts off discussing an individual, discussion usually gets extrapolated to the larger group - that's when to begin writing down.

Try to listen to your usual shows as well as some you don't usually listen to.

I think this will be an eye opener and that you will be shocked at how prevalent insidious and ugly the descriptions about Democrats really are, even in the MSM.

Maybe we can meet back here in a week and discuss our results.
