Is Harold Ford Jr. running for Senate again?
I live in NY and was just polled about a possible primary between Kirsten Gillabrand and Harold Ford Jr. for the Senate seat. I was wondering if anyone had heard if he was considering to run.

7. I'm still not sure I'm disappointed he lost in Tennessee in '06
With Bob Corker you know where he stands. He's against health reform, and that's that. We can move on and ignore him. If Ford was in there, he'd be just like LIEberman, Landrieu, Lincoln and Nelson, being a diva, demanding concessions and making mealy-mouthed, finger to the wind statements.

Ford would have driven us all crazy if he was in the Senate now.

8. Not sure you can make that statement.
Ford has always spoken in support of healthcare reform, the public option, etc. And if he had been elected the Dems could have disgarded Lieberman since his vote wouldn't be needed.

In New York the choice might end up being Ford or Rudy Guiliani. I'd rather have Ford than Mayor 9/11.
