Considering how split DU is on this, DUing it won't have much impact on the percentages I imagine.

18. I voted more gun rights...
We need a better culture, not more laws! Actually, less laws across the board is best...we need to force parents to take care of their kids while giving them the economic means to stay home more with their kids. Dad shouldn't have to work overtime and mom should only have to work what she wants to work.

21. Looks like the "DU this poll" thread isn't what the OP expected.
Edited on Thu Apr-19-07 11:01 PM by D__S
In all honesty though... I really don't give much (if any), creditability to any online poll.

But, if someone asks my opinion, I'll tell them what it is.

On edit... actually, I'm not even certain what the OP meant by "DU this poll"?

Are we (expected), to vote in favor or against the question?

24. You'd have to never look at a guns thread to imagine DUers would all vote one way
Kinda like herding cats on that topic.

25. Yeah...
but every now and then the decent ones respect and support the entire Bill Of Rights... not just the ones they chose to.

Maybe I'm just being too naive or optimistic?

27. What a useless poll.
May as well ask, ""Are you a ideologue whose opinions on a complex subject can be summed up in the phrases 'gun control', or 'gun rights'?"

I'm for some additional, intelligent, restrictions. But, it's pretty obvious that some of what's in place doesn't work.

A waiting period? Mr. Cho was still planning his perceived vengance by the time that was over.
