Where do you suppose they'll deport us to?

I have hope rising in me recently with the House and Senate finally appearing to have some teeth but what if everything suddenly did a 180 degree turn and Commander Cuckoobanannas bombs Iran or congress folds and allows him his endless oil war? I'm honestly at the point if stuff looks that hopeless in this country and it appears our republic is truly and fully corrupted where I wouldn't want to call myself a citizen anymore. Would I be simply thrown in jail for renouncing my citizenship or deported to my nation of ancestry? I'm apparently of German/Dutch descent so Amsterdam would look pretty good to me. Anyone know of the ability to defect to your homeland. Even if you've never been there? I would be the best "coffee house" manager...if I can remember where I put the keys so I can open.

But I think maybe if the shit hit the fan, states in the Northeast would suscede from the union, sort of a reverse Civil War.

My grandmother, who led the parade, was born & raised in Ireland. Don't know if I'd like living in the land of priests and potatoes.
