3. Both good questions.
I was referring to a theoretical actual public option, and not whatever provision of the Insurance Company Profit Enhancement Act will carry that name for political purposes...

Everything has been negotiated away. The time has come to drop this so called reform (shit) and start over the right way next year, by coming out and demanding that you want the very best that the American People could ever dream about. Then you negotiate down from there.

You don't fucking start out with what you think you might be able to end up with in the very beginning and negotiate down from that!
