1. Google has the resources, why haven't they railroaded these assholes?
The use of their name should be enough grounds for making their heads spin with lawsuits.

2. Skinner can block the domain, I assume.
In Google adsense, I have the option of blocking domains from advertising on my domain.

3. That isn't really the point. It is a scam pretending to be sanctioned by Google.
Is Google getting an under-the-table kickback or something? If not, why haven't they gone after the scam artists and ruined them financially? Something is fishy here.
