I think we should all pray for Tiger Woods and wish him well.
According to some sources, Tiger Woods may have experienced a drug overdose.

This is a very serious matter.

We should wish him the best.

Keep fighting Tiger!

2. I wish him well, but prayer? Puhlease!
"Prayer without action is no prayer at all." - Mother Theresa

"Action without prayer is just as good as prayer with action." - Cronus Protagonist

+A -P = 1
+P -A = 0
+A +P = 1

...ergo P is redundant in order to obtain the result.

7. Tiger's wife could probably use the prayers even more
He put her at incredible risk for STDs, which I would bet she is having herself tested for and sweating bullets in the meantime awaiting lab results. I heard or read one news blurb that he cheated on his wife the 'same year' they were married. What an f'ing creep. It's no wonder women can't trust men.

21. if he was not married and sleeping with a lot of different women would you feel the same way?
And in terms of women not trusting men, what about women not trusting other women -- its not as if someone put a gun to the heads of the women that decided to sleep with Tiger even though he was married.

48. He had the final say.
Many men are tempted and don't stray.

However, if he wasn't married and sleeping with a lot of women, who cares? He didn't take a vow of fidelity. I'd think pretty poor of him if he cheated while dating a steady (and that steady relationship was agreed upon between him and the woman), but I wouldn't be as outraged. If he cheated on his steady, she would have time to then decide if she wanted to marry an untrustworthy creep.

35. Looks like he cheated scores if not hundreds of times.
His mistresses are coming out of the woodwork, lawyering up, and offering emails, texts and even photos of his unit, so to speak, as proof of a tumble with Tiger.

Creep is right. My prayers are with Elin and the kids.

46. Tell it like it is, Submariner!
I don't have to forgive Tiger Woods because his transgressions were not against me; however, I'm certainly not going to wish him well and pray for him after he's blatantly emotionally abused his wife and put her and his family at incredible risks.

Elin, you have my thoughts, my prayers and my strength to make the right decision... and when you do... take him to the cleaners, hon!

8. Fame by Bowie and John Lennon
Fame, makes a man take things over
Fame, lets him loose, hard to swallow
Fame, puts you there, where things are hollow
Fame

Fame, it's not your brain, it's just the flame
that burns the change to keep you insane
Fame

Fame, what you like is in the Limo
Fame, what you get is no tomorrow
Fame, what you need you have to borrow
Fame

Fame, "Nien! It's mine!" is just his line
to bind your time, it drives you to, ah, crime
Fame
Is it any wonder
I reject you first?
Fame, fame, fame, fame
Is it any wonder
you're too cool to fool
Fame

Fame, bully for you, chilly for me
Got to get a rain-check on pain
Fame

But all indications point to Tiger being a serial adulterer, essentially going after any blonde who moves. The guy evidently paid a woman to keep him supplied with babes in Vegas and anywhere else he happened to go.

I send my best wishes to Elin and her two kids, and I pray for their physical health and wellbeing and Elin's recovery from an indescribable betrayal.

his temper on the course always bothered me, (he actually threw a club into the gallery at a recent tourney) he's lost a lot of my respect by serial cheating on his classy and beautiful wife with porn stars, sugar babies, tramp stampers, and IHOP waitresses.

29. Pray - (verb) The act of telling God that your wishes are more important than His divine plan.
And that He should abandon whatever it was He planned at the beginning of time and defer to your demands. Implies the belief that I know better than God. See also: arrogance.

54. I would blame him.
He has the money to seek treatment (unlike most Americans) and he made the decision to sleep with any tramp who moved.

But his offing himself is a moot point.

Judging from his temper tantrums on the course, his multi-million dollar deals that made him and certain dictators rich off the backs of the poor and his total disregard for the promises he made his wife and his family, I'd say he was a bit egocentric. And those with large egos don't tend to off themselves.

Tens of thousands (at least) of people die from drug overdoses every year, but the only time you care enough to post is when it happens to a rich douchebag who is really good at hitting a tiny white ball into a hole on manufactured grasslands that are massively harmful to the ecosystem.

A little self-reflection goes a long way.

I certainly don't wish him any ill and I hope he gets his life back on track, but I'm more concerned for his wife and children and for the millions of Americans, like yours truly and hubby, who don't have insurance and who are one illness or injury away from financial ruin because of it.
