How the useless parasite insurance companies witll get around pre-existing conditions
If you've been expensively sick, have you ever been behind on your medical bills? You get denied because you have a bad credit record. But not for a pre-existing condition, nosirreebob!
1. That "preexisting" clause is based upon insurance fraud.
It is against the law to lie to an insurance corporation (of course they can lie to you and all their customers without a problem). So when they find a middling condition you failed to report, they claim you committed fraud and therefore are entitled to NOTHING (not even the return of your premiums or "co-payments".)
Unless they change the fraud laws, I don't see how any new laws about preexisting conditions will work.
