More and more this is apparent in their words, language and increasing medeval barbarism of their leaders.
Right-Wing Authoritarian Followers are wedded to their childlike beliefe in the infallibility of authority.
They, most of them anyway, will wait for permission from Authority to do waht they dream of and hide from sight (as it has been demonstrated that a RW Authoritarian Follower's preciously held beliefs shift easily in the presence of another "group norm").
Not all, but clearly, the "Nazi segment" of the Republican Party is by far the fastest growing segment, even now.
History and psychology both show that the psychopathy that is unleashed by RW Authoritarian Leaders through their RW Authoritarian Followers simply cannot be resisted by the greater sheep-like society at large who just want to work and live and find a little happiness.
Time and time again this template has resurrected itself for another run, as it is doing now.
This may sound like exaggeration, and would to God it were, but it isn't. Listen to the absolutsist and eliminationist rhetoric that now pours from the insane RW like a flood these days and tell me you can't hear the echoes of the 1960s KKK or the 1930s Nazis.
I am not specifically talking about racism here, but the gullible stupid that characterizes RW Authoritarian (and the more rare cases throughout history of LW Autoritarianism, though more recent, since the LW had no power on the Planet Earth anywhere, until very recently)
