7. Fell out?
Homicide investigators are looking into it. He puts himself at risk by jumping into the bed of the truck, but at that point does the driver have an obligation to stop or did she do a maneuver (intentional or not?) which flipped him out of the truck? I see a composite Tiger Woods/Chris Henry story on Law and Order next season. Writers are already firing up the word processors.

8. Depends how violent he may have been acting toward her.
I could understand her not stopping IF he was acting violent.

Bengals' Henry dies at 26

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Cincinnati Bengals receiver Chris Henry died Thursday, one day after suffering injures in a fall from the back of a pickup truck, Charlotte-Mecklenburg police said. He was 26.

Police on Wednesday described the incident as a domestic dispute with his fiancée. Henry was found in the road about eight miles north of downtown Charlotte.

Information from The Associated Press was used in this report.

Sorry to hear this. He was a fine football player when he was healthy and his mind was 100% on the game.

RIP
