I still love Obama...but...

shit, I love life, kittens, puppies, art, snow, parsnips, calendulas, etc.

but I AM PISSED today,

I know in politics, one day means little,

I still HOPE tomorrow will bring joy and at least a 1/2-Ass HCR.

(at 58, I do NOT give up easily-just ask my family)

BUT:

WHERE'S THE FIGHT?
(some at DU actually expect us NOT to rant
- WTF? - HCR dies WITHOUT A WHIMPER?,
I might as well go back to my calendulas...)

...people are bound to be mad about how casually the White House accepted the view that its job was to (a) discern what Nelson/Lieberman would vote for and then
(b) sell everyone to the left of Nelson/Lieberman on voting for it.

Did you join this health care reform effort? I never see anything around here about OFA house parties, phone banking, service projects, none of it. I never see anything on KOS, MYDD, HuffPo. My posts are on automatic ignore so I don't even bother. But that's no excuse for there to be no posts from anybody else.

Temper tantrums are not a campaign strategy.

I wear many hats, that one does not fit - I am a citizen, however, and that is where my anger usually stems...

Temper tantrums are not a tactic for me, they are an emotional response to injustice.
