MAYBE make an exception for rape & incest.

Please discuss and feel free to add anything you don't want to pay for on moral grounds.

5. Yes, denying treatment to people with those diseases would be like
denying care to an illegal immigrant with swine flu - we would all eventually have it in our family.

6. Precisely...I don't approve of that, either.
I feel that innoculations should be free to everyone...in fact, I would have them given out in a mall. No questions asked, for exactly that reason.
