Does Anyone Recall Rush Gloating When Ted Kennedy Got Sick & Then Died?

Trying to find a link but I thought Rush was laughing hours after Teddy died.Just saying. For those who scold you for being so cruel a simple reminder may be in order and having the link handy,just on case might be a good idea.

Turning into Rush Limbaugh is not justified by Rush Limbaugh.

Rush is a radio personality. His show caters to the worst of human nature. You always hope someone realizes the errors of their ways before they pass on.

I have a Christian philosphy, so I have to keep hope that Rush will see the error of what he has done, and repent.

the principle is: we should never even *wish* death to our oppressors, let alone try to kill them.

if we do, our bad wishes will rebound on us somehow.

He didn't gloat.

have looked after a horrendous plane crash and how the fish would eat him.

He was envious of good looking men, obviously, but this was sick, over the top.

I wish him a life of envy eating him alive and loneliness because of his evil nature and some very big health problems as he gets older, brought on by his own willfullness and sloth.

of what Rush did or didn't say, it doesn't make it right to celebrate the serious illness, condition, or death of anyone, especially over politics. Its shameful, and it does not help us differentiate from the Freepers we supposedly loathe. I hadn't seen that much excitement on DU since election night or maybe even Fitzmas. It really shows our screwed up priorities, instead of intellectual debate, or interesting conversation, we choose to preemptively grave dance like drunken fools.

When and if the Freepers rejoice about the passing of one of "ours", we won't be able to shine a light on their crazed antics as Google will easily expose our hypocrisy.

I'm sure many of us will continue to rationalize this utter hypocrisy and belligerence, but just keep in mind it hurts our political cause and provides ammo to the Right.
