They are afraid, and rightly so, of what will happen to them if they are totally exposed. Why do you think that Cheney is headed for Dubai and Bush to Patagonia? No extradition treaties..........

I'd even budget in several million for each of the most annoying RWers around if they promised never to come back to our country.
