Who is Richard Blumenthal?
According to Wiki, he was an aide to senators Daniel P. Moynihan and Abraham A. Ribicoff. I couldn't gleam too much else from Wikipedia.


What do our Connecticut DU'ers know about him?

That piece helped; although, it kind of portrayed him as media-hungry. I was hoping to find out more information as to his policy views; and not just taking politically popular moves against tobacco companies. I wonder how liberal he is and who in the Senate he'd be comparable to?

4. He was part of the anti-MySpace crusade, threatening to sue MySpace...
...because sex-offenders can create accounts there.

Of course, sex-offenders can also use Connecticut's public parks, sidewalks, buses, etc.
