complete list of those to blame for the VT killings (with links)You didn't know that!
http://www.cynical-c.com/?p=7191
In case you were wondering who’s to blame for the Virginia Tech massacre, I’ve created a list this morning to keep track. Feel free to send in any that I’ve missed.

Update:

The list keeps on growing and has 45 46 47 49 51 55 56 57 58 different items at the moment. Thanks to everyone who is sending me more links to add to the list.

It’s the fault of violent video games.

It’s the fault of movies.

It’s that no other students were armed.

It’s the cowardly students who didn’t rush the shooter.

It’s the first victim’s fault.

It’s secularism’s fault.

It’s the Muslims’ and/or foreigners’ fault.

It’s the Atheists’ fault.

It’s the fault of the colleges and how they coddle their students.
and much, much more...

1. Thanks for posting this -- some on here agree with some items on the list
Especially the students being cowardly and not being armed.

so I felt safe to open this link. The student's cowardice was brought up by the same maggot who decried the cowardice of the UK hostages and wanted Chelsea Clinton killed.

What happened last week hit very close to home, and there were some not-so-great threads on here.

2. It's the fault of women..
who go out and have casual sexual relationships, it gets men's expections too high, driving them over the edge of sanity.

7. Local authorities were told to take no action to pursue killer.....
:tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat: :tinfoilhat:

Kazee talked to local EMT's and police who told him the same thing, that the order was to wait until federal back up arrived before any action was taken. This explains the complete non-response of the police in the two hour gap between Cho's first two murders and the wider rampage that would follow later that morning.

The policy of federal control over the University was put in place following a previous shooting in August 2006 in which a police officer and a hospital security guard were killed.

8. It's the liberals who influenced Cho, brainwashed him into becoming a liberal.
from Joan Walsh in today's Salon: (subscription)
===========================================
ABC News' Jake Tapper reports that on April 19, days before Newt Gingrich blamed liberalism, Limbaugh went one better, insisting that shooter Cho Seung-hui himself "was a liberal."

How did Limbaugh reach that conclusion about the mentally ill Cho, raised a devout Christian in a red state, who had no apparent political affiliations? "This guy had to be a liberal," the pain-med aficionado told his listeners. "You start railing against the rich and all this other -- this guy's a liberal. He was turned into a liberal somewhere along the line. So it's a liberal that committed this act. Now, the drive-bys will read on a website that I'm attacking liberalism by comparing this guy to them. That's exactly what they do every day, ladies and gentlemen. I'm just pointing out a fact. I am making no extrapolation; I'm just pointing it out."

9. I have a special place in my heart for "fearless" Derbyshire:
Derbyshire wrote in National Review's Corner blog: "Where was the spirit of self-defense here? Setting aside the ludicrous campus ban on licensed conceals, why didn't anyone rush the guy?...I hope, however, that if I thought I was going to die anyway, I'd at least take a run at the guy."
