Time to annex Haiti

"Why don’t we just annex the place, half their people are already here and we pump in bucks every year when a hurricane gets within 50 miles of the place. Now that the demo is done just bulldoze the rest and start building resorts. It would give the people meaningful jobs and the Canadians a new place to go in the winter" - Freeper

Between that and Pat Robertson's "Haiti made a pact with the devil" rant, I simply can't understand how people can function with such malformed brains.

It's like their brains have been replaced with bags of rocks. I don't understand how they function either ....... I guess it gets easier to imagine why people like Beck and Limbaugh can recruit their followers so easily. Like lemmings racing off the cliff of sanity.

Usually, making a deal with the devil means you get something really worthwhile - riches, fame, power, etc - in return for your soul. What the hell did Haiti get from that deal?

Of course, idiots like Robertson just love to throw out their idiotic phrases without actually bothering to think of what they're talking about.
