When is the N.C. NAACP going to stop pushing the Duke rape hoax
on its main web page?

Since August, the website has included an 82 point description of the "crimes and torts" committed by the Duke LAX students, which has not been removed or updated to state that the Attorney General has found NO evidence against any of the students and has decided them to be innocent of all charges.

What is the NAACP waiting for? To be sued for libel?

"Duke Lacrosse Update: Crimes and Torts committed by Duke Lacrosse Team Players on 3/13 and 3/14 as Reported in the press, mainly from the Three Players’ Defense Attorneys."

2. It just looks like they are slow updating their site
They aren't pushing anything, they just haven't updated anything on the site in awhile.

4. There are "facts" in there that should have been corrected months ago.
Actually, there are items in their list that were known to be false last August, when the thing was first posted.

You don't think that organizations have an obligation to correct information like this?

3. Perhaps
when Sharpton apologizes for Tawana Brawley.

Yikes, look at the NAACP president. He's a winner.
