2. pay back the loans at 29.9% INTEREST!!!!!

Wall Street whining that it's unfair to have to pay back their loans. Yeah, it would be fair to charge them 29.9% interest with fees on top of it. And we can move up the payment date then charge them late fees when they pay on time too!
