If not, the whole Mass. polls are skewed.

I've had a couple of voicemails from polling companies on my cell. And I'm in MA. But I haven't answered them.

2. Yes, it's called random digit dialing.

If the phone number is picked randomly, it doesn't matter what type of phone it is, so long as it has a number. Of course, that means screening the numbers picked for being actual individual's or family's numbers, and that a very-large proportion won't be.
