Why are none of my threads showing on the "latest discussion?"

I get the "bug" screen after i post, then they eventually are in the GD forum, but never on the latest page...Anyone else gets this?

10. Twice yesterday

when I tried to come to DU I got the message....Internet Explorer can not display the site. I thought it was me, but it also happened to Crooks and Liars. AND HuffingtonPost. I could go to other sites but most of the dem blogs I had a hard time accessing. Wonder what caused it.
