just chatted with our local dem for congress here in so cal. nice to talk to a liberal

democrat who is not willing to settle for appeasing the centrists and conservatives in the party. will be hosting a meet and greet in a month or so for Bill Hedrick, our guy. he came within 2 pts of knocking off repub Ken Calver. National organizations would not help him despite pleas and now he tells me his candidacy has been elevated to high status.

nice to know somebody is listening in the national hierarchy.
