A dozen Shelterboxes to be used as emergency field hospital--DailyKos project

The tents in the Shelterboxes were supposed to go to families of approx. ten. However, the field hospitals are so lacking and the medical needs so great, the Shelterbox team is helping to set up an emergency field hospital at the airport for amputations, etc.

If you haven't contributed to this very worthwhile project, please do so. Since posters at DailyKos started the project, they would be much obliged if you could mention DailyKos on your on-line donation form. Please help by making your contribution of even a few dollars.
