Martha Coakley = Rocky Balboa from ROCKY III

Rocky thought the upcoming fight with Clubber Lang was all sewed up. He trained for the fight in the same way that I train for a five-mile hike by eating chocolate donuts.

Clubber Lang, on the other hand, trained his ass off as though his career and his life depended on it. And he pasted Balboa all over the ring.

As a result, the world was exposed to the immortal phrase, "I don't hate Balboa, I pity the fool."

Same thing happened tonight in Massachusetts to Martha Coakley. You don't work your ass off to secure the Kennedy legacy, some teabagger yahoo is gonna come up and sucker-punch you, and that'll be the story of you.
