We know what Republicans feel is necessary for Health care Reform

Tort Reform and Tax Cuts. We also know from experience that tax cuts do more harm than good in this instance..Tort Reform where it has been applied has had almost zero effect in lowering costs..Is there anything else they might add?

The tort reform argument was invented by AM radio talk show bullshitters.
