Kadie, thanks for posting these photos! The costumes are amazing, and I have NEVER seen a drum like that. It's something to find out a lot more about.

The Bush photos are epic. He's always true to form, isn't he?

Edited on Wed Apr-25-07 04:03 PM by tblue37
make anyone look foolish, the video just makes him look as though he is being a good sport and having a good time.

I despise Bush as much as anyone, and yet the video doesn't disgust or annoy me. It is one of the few things I have seen that would make me feel warmly toward Bush if I had not already learned what he is really like.

I would have considered the video cute and funny if I did not already despise the man and all he stands for.

And I might add that I would probably do much the same sort of thing--except that I am actually a good dancer. But if I weren't, as he clearly knows he isn't, I would probably have played around similarly.

I would rather criticize him when something he does really is awful, not when it is as innocuous and amusing as this. I got a kick out of the video.

34. The video is not that bad.
It's actually kind of funny. They were all being a sport about it. He was probably uncomfortable but couldn't show it. I remember when Clinton was in India and the ladies were dancing around him throwing rose petals at him. He was just standing there clapping and laughing but I'm sure he was uncomfortable.

Yeah, everybody has a few bad pics where they look silly or dumb, but I swear to God every single photograph ever taken of the Pretzeldent makes him look like the biggest cretin in the universe.

....Ohhh. Right.
