I think four holds have been placed, I know one was from Bernie Sanders.

edit... looked 'em up, I see holds from Sanders, Dorgan, Bunning, and DeMint. Strange bedfellows, indeed.

the HCR that this country needs and deserves with that same 60 Votes.
