4. They won't really filibuster. They'll just continue to offer endless amendments,

taking up months and months of debate for their amendments, until they have worn us down. It wouldn't be nearly as dramatic as an actual filibuster, but quite likely more effective.

(They are already doing this, by the way, whenever they have a chance.)
