Head Of Davos Security Dead, Police Assume Suicide
DAVOS (Reuters) - The police commander heading security at the World Economic Forum was found dead on Tuesday, local authorities said, adding that it looked like a suicide.

The head of the police in the Swiss canton of Graubuenden Markus Reinhardt was found dead in his hotel in Davos, the police of the south-eastern canton said in a media release on its website.

"All indications point to a suicide," it added.

1. Very suspicious...
I can't imagine suicide being assumed without one heck of a lot of investigation... but, then...

3. Get a grip...
Any time someone so high profile is found dead right before or during such an important and globablly important event, it is suspicious and requires investigation. That the man might have been personally troubled enough to commit suicide, is not unlikely. Doing so right before such a major event seems less so. No one has made conclusions of foul play, but it should be considered.

5. And you have no evidance it wasn't considered, but you claimed it as fact
so you're the one that needs to get a grip. I am really sick off the conspiracy nuts popping up every fucking time someone dies from suicide or plane accident.

7. No he didn't. he said foul play should be "considered" and that there should be an investigation.
Claiming something suspicious and saying it should be fully investigated is not claiming foul play as fact.

Your statement that he claimed foul play as fact is not true.

Maybe your reading comprehension skills need to get a grip.

"I am really sick off the conspiracy nuts popping up every fucking time someone dies from suicide or plane accident."

Yes, I agree, we should all just be blind, following, "good little citizens" that never question anything, and take every Official Account we hear as The Final Word.

8. Again you are suggesting there was no investigation which is absolutely false
Edited on Tue Jan-26-10 04:01 PM by no limit
You are suggesting that they came out and said suicide to cover something up. When all the article says is that suicide is most likely involved. For them to come out and say that some kind of preliminary investigation did have to take place.

It's the same thing for when the census worked was found dead. The investigation that followed which confirmed that it was suicide didn't seem to change anything for these conspiracy nuts, this wont either.

18. And having your head up your backside is pretty counterproductive as well.
Why debate with someone who does nothing but put words in your mouth and blindly believes everything the Official Account tells him?

You aren't interested in the truth.

You are interested in your perception of it, and the management of it which best helps you feel good and travel down the intellectually dishonest path of least resistance.

15. My point is that, many times, conspiracy theories formulated by
conspiracy nuts turn out to be ACTUAL CONSPIRACIES. So, your comment, to which I responded, is stupid.

I am really sick off the conspiracy nuts popping up every fucking time someone dies from suicide or plane accident.

The verdict on Dr. Kelly's death is not in. Now, we will have to wait 70 years to learn the truth about the post-mortem report on Dr. Kelly's death. If Lord Hutton's investigation had found that Dr. Kelly had indeed committed suicide, which was the initial report, then why the 70-year restriction on disclosing the results of that investigation? Is it nutty to think something isn't right here?

16. Except we aren't talking about that investigation, are we?
The point there is that after the investigation was concluded the evidance was sealed. That does seem suspicious but since I dont know anything about it Im not gonna make any leaps nor does it matter to our current conversation.

The point here is that there is absolutely no evidance of a cover up but as soon as this was posted you got your group of usual tin foil hatters to claim foul play. Absolute bullshit but totally expected.

21. + The HSCA's conclusion that there was a second JFK shooter
If that doesn't indicate a conspiracy, what does?

(Go tell Bugsy (Vincent Bugliosi) to re-read the Dallas Police
dictatape analysis results...) Then rethink the angle of the
headshot and the reason why the crowd surged up the Grassy
Knoll after the shooting. No way could Oswald have fired that
shot to the roight temple from above, from behind and/or
through a Texas live oak tree in full leaf!

11. German Ambassador to Iceland Found Dead In Car
REYKJAVIK (Reuters) - Icelandic police said on Tuesday that Germany's ambassador to the country had been found dead in his car after apparently driving off the road and into a river in the north of the island.

"The ambassador's death is being investigated as an accident," said Stefan Vagn Stefansson, chief superintendent of police in Saudarkrokur, a town in northern Iceland.
