Like this clip:

...Or this list of clips that come up when you type in "Daily Show" for YouTube's search engine:

http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=Daily+Show&search=Search

And let's not forget the Colbert Report:

After watching these new TDS and CR clips, all I have to say to Viacom is kiss my DMCA-hatin' ass.:bounce:

1. Last week, Viacom acknowledged that they had been remiss.
The claim was that they have to file thousands of threats to sue, claims of ownership and orders to desist every single month and that these clips were perfectly O K but the orders had been filed in error.

Apologies were made, suits were dropped and all the necessary lies were told. Please come home...all is forgiven.

Colbert was specifically mentioned and all fair use hatchets were buried.

2. That was only with MoveOn and the EFF

As far as I know, none of the clips of Stewart and Colbert are for MoveOn or the EFF.

It boggles my mind that Viacom is going after a site that only allows users to post CLIPS of their shows (no different than Skinner allowing us to post excerpts from newspaper articles) and yet they don't go after sites that post their content in full, like AllSP.com, which has EVERY South Park episode ever made posted online.
