1. Nevermind. I found it. 53 to 46 with about 95% of the votes.

2. Based on our anti-tax history,

that result is as much an outlier as Brown's victory in Mass. This is the first increase in our income tax since 1930 according to the Oregonian. I predict elections of any sort will be difficult to predict in the next cycle or two.
