1. I'm sure Tweety is listening to the sound of his own voice.

2. Tweety lost it tonight ~ I can't even remember
who was sitting there with him but they must have been in shock too.

It was bizarre.

4. No his slam on his talk was funny though
There's nothing there. He discounted McDonnell out right. He didn't even bother to analyze the mindless fluff. Tweety was good, bad and ugly tonight. LOL

7. Every time I think Tweety can't outdo himself, he does.
Although I have to admit, sometimes when he says something good, I completely forget that Tweety's an idiot.

Thank you for that.
Tweety was kind of out of his cage tonight. What was with that whole Godfather thing?

9. I wish MSNBC should show a split screen of Keith and Rachel while Tweety is speaking
so we can see them cringe and guffaw at the stupid ass things he says

10. If I had to guess, I would say Keith doesn't listen, but Rachel....
you just know she's trying her best to not hyperventilate, lol.

11. The fact is, racism is alive and well in the US, and just calling out one slip here
and one slip there, and blaming this one and that one doesn't address the issue... Racism is in all of us, and its up to us to keep working to eradicate it.

12. You don't think that calling it out is part of addressing the issue? nt

13. Well, he explained himself later on Rachel's show, or tried to.
It was as I suspected (and hoped)--he was just trying to say that he thinks Obama's race is a non-issue to a lot of people, but it came out the worst possible way.

14. I think I said it pretty clearly. Just pointing to others all the time marginalizes it.
We ALL think and say things about The Other that is destructive.

Unless and until we deal with it in ourselves, nothing will change.
