6. Great on MOM....
I have to say the older I get, the more I miss being able to share these things with my Mom... My Dad was an old school fiscal republican (not like they are now, by any means), but I always suspected my MOM to have voted the big D behind the voting booth curtains.

11. My mom used to be a Republican...
until the torture thing. Now she's worse than I am in her criticism of the Republicans these days and wants nothing to do with them. She probably was disgusted with their behavior (as usual) tonight.

16. my dad was the same way...old school repub-was devastated over the Iraqi refugee crisis
as an old military guy...thought * was a war criminal for what he'd done to the Iraqi citizens...and never voted Repub again until he died last year.Things were interesting around my house growing up...
