1. We've had a Samhain drumming circle there for YEARS

And some local Pagans did a ritual at the Jefferson the day before the Obama inauguration last year. (I was the one yelling "out, out, demons of stupidity!) However, the rituals are not inside of the Jefferson Memorial, but on the front entrance, down by the Tidal Basin. They don't like drums and such inside the Memorial itself because of the resonance frequencies.
