Just keep talking son ..... just keep talking.

I could watch about 3 minutes then I had to bail.

Hey, James if you wanted to check out the senator's phone lines you could have just called her.

4. I think it's live.
Just checked in after reading that he was on.

He says he's going to have to think through things a little bit... maybe reconsider some of his investigative journalism practices. lol.

2. You know....
When you get charged with a felony, ANY competent lawyer would tell you to STFU. That means no interviews, no talking to reporters, no NOTHING. Just stay home, don't answer the phone, don't let anyone in that you don't know.

THIS MoFo, however, doesn't seem to have that kind of lawyer.

Pity.

6. He has a zillion dollar an hour lawyer .... the same one who defended Libby
He is digging himself such a hole that he will have to give up somebody if he hopes
to see the outside before his 40th birthday. And posting shit on line? The prosecutors
now have a hard copy of his lies to put under his nose when he is on the stand.

7. And that ain't saying much....
Sure, Libby is breathing the free air, but he's basically unemployable now by legitimate law firms.

Not that O'Keefe had a future or even a respectable past, but...

Sorry, I'm just enjoying this too much.

8. Libby was disbarred--having been convicted of a felony
That's why they were hoping for the pardon... He's raking it in as a paid consultant somewhere, but not as a lawyer.

9. What is even better is O'Keefe and his backers are being sued in civil court ...
..... by ACORN and some of it's employees and what is coming out now will
mean that he and others are about ready to get hit by hundreds of thousands
of $s in court costs, lawyer fees, and damages by civil courts. Lying to get
people fired and making organizations loose millions of dollars in federal $s
will be very expensive.

11. This is excellent..
... because I believe we have a better chance of getting justice in civil court than in criminal.

But then again, I'm pretty sure this asshole has some deep-pocket backers.

14. I think if a real investigative reporter would research
this, they would find there is more to it than meets the eye. I will bet there are some republican politic ans involved. They are know for dirty tricks and they are getting better and better at it. But of course there are many Woodard's and Bernsteins's around any more. They only sit in front of the camera and read the script the owners of the station put in front of them.
