5. This is why the administration has very little wiggle room. Not only bayh, but both nelson's

Nebraska and Florida, lieberman, and enough others along with a solid block of republicans against everything, it is almost impossible

That doesn't mean the administration should not be criticized, but it also must be recognized that pushing through a progressive agenda will be very difficult

We are really screwed. Until people wise up, get rid of the filibuster and/or start getting more Democratic progressives, I don't see much changing

Look what happened with HCR, and I expect very little from financial reform either

I could fill a whole page with a list.. everyone knows who they are.

Is the system so corrupt with corporate cash that it is destined to collapse upon itself?

7. They haven't moved to the right. They have been to the right.

They think they need to kowtow to Republicans. And they encourage everyone to believe that they are moderates. Which is far from the truth.

10. Bayh is up for re-election in Indiana this year.

But AFAIK, he is unopposed in the Democratic Primary.
It is probably too late to organize a national campaign to run a progressive against him in this Primary.

Anyone from Indiana here?
